We are an elite real estate agency — not a life coaching programme, wellness retreat, investment fund, crypto token platform, or legal/financial advisory firm.

"Prime Estate Group" refers exclusively to our luxury residential estate agency operating under Prime Estate Group Pte. Ltd.. The brand name, domain primeestategroup.life, and associated marketing materials represent property sales, leasing, and advisory services for premium Singapore residences. The .life domain extension reflects prime lifestyle property — the residences and neighbourhoods we serve — and does not indicate personal development coaching, wellness programmes, or non-property services. We do not offer guaranteed investment products, crypto property token sales, or mass-market discount listing schemes as our primary business. Listings displayed on this Website may be withdrawn, updated, or modified without notice. Agency fees are disclosed upon formal engagement and confirmed in writing before marketing or representation commences.

3. Website use

You may use the Website for lawful purposes related to exploring luxury property services in Singapore. You agree not to:

20. Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemic restrictions affecting property viewings, or infrastructure failures. During such events, we will communicate alternative arrangements for consultations and viewings where practicable.
